Commercial Clients Representative clients include KeyBank, PNC, Fifth Third, Bank One, Star Bank, National City Bank, Huntington Bank, LTV Steel, General Electric, Chrysler First and G.E. Capital. We have conducted appraisals of office buildings including medical buildings, hotels, warehouses, condominium complexes (existing and proposed), apartment, commercial and retail buildings including shopping centers, gas stations, nursing homes, churches and other special use properties. Institutional Clients Representative clients include the cities of Cleveland, East Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Euclid, Lakewood, Maple Heights, Warrensville Heights, Highland Hills; Bedford Heights, Broadview Heights; departments within the county including the County Auditor, County Engineers and the County Commissioners; departments within the state including the Ohio Department of Transportation, Ohio Bureau of Employment Services and Ohio Department of Utilities. We have also conducted appraising for Cleveland State University, the General Service Administration, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, Veteran’s Administration, Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Philadelphia International Airport and the United States Coast Guard. We have completed appraisals of smaller residential to larger hotels and medical office facilities. We have also completed studies of residential, commercial and industrial properties. In 2005, Northland Research Corporation was the lead appraiser for the Greater Cleveland Transit Authority Euclid Corridor project that included over three hundred parcels. Northland also conducted an office rent analysis for the General Services Administration of over one hundred office buildings from Toledo to Youngstown. Five appraisers were used in this analysis. J. Everett Prewitt is pre-qualified for Ohio Department of Transportation appraisal and appraisal review. CONSULTING WORK EXPERIENCE Feasibility Studies Representative clients include Buckeye Area Development Corporation, the City of Cleveland, Broadway Area Housing Coalition, Famicos Foundation, Neighborhood Progress, Inc., Mount Pleasant Now Development Corporation. We have conducted studies for proposed office buildings, senior citizen buildings, retail and apartment buildings. Market Studies Representative clients include Famicos Foundation, Amistad Development Corporation, Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation, Cleveland Housing Network, Near West Housing, National City Bank and Belmont County. We have conducted studies for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, conventional housing projects, office development and other commercial development. Other Studies Northland has conducted office market rent studies for General Services Administration, HUD rent comparability studies, neighborhood development analysis, building inventory/condition assessments and other related studies. |
