Northland Research Corporation has provided real estate research and consultation since 1982. The firm has extensive experience in real estate analysis for a wide variety of clients in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Northland has a professional staff with a combined forty years experience in the business. Our staff is dedicated to providing excellence in research and analysis. Northland also works in association with other professionals in related disciplines on a variety of real estate consulting projects.

The company’s principal, Everett Prewitt, has been a real estate consultant since August 1972. He holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Studies, is a state licensed General Appraiser in Ohio and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

The firm takes full advantage of modern day technology and resources including the Internet, proprietary and non-proprietary databases, university, private and governmental resources in addition to conducting original research.
